We Ship To All Countries Worldwide.

Orders are processed and shipped out in  2-3 business days. At any point in the process you can check the status of your order using our Order Lookup page. This will show you any and all tracking updates related to your order.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to thousands of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse/s for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse processes the orders, which takes an additional 2 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination:

      • UK, USA and CANADA: 3-7 days
      • Australia and New Zealand: 5-12 days
      • European Countries: 3-9 days
      • Rest of the World: 1-3 weeks

Delivery times may vary: The Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is an estimate only UNIQUSAVERS cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date. Estimated Delivery Date as Business day, does not include Weekend or holiday.

UNIQUESAVERS ships from multiple fulfillment centers. This may cause your order to arrive in separate packages. Detailed shipment dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided after your order is processed to ship.

Weekend / Holiday Delivery - All orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday only.

UNIQUESAVERS will not be responsible for any lost / stolen / damages due to shipping process. Insurance is optional at check-out. We highly recommend insurance purchase on any fragile item such as Mirrors / Lighting products.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Uniquesavers does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
